My Vision for California's Future

I will, end Sanctuary Status in California; end the components of SB-54 for our Law Enforcement officials; Recover up to 75% of our mis-spent EDD funds; Return Covid-era penalties for impacted businesses and individuals; Ensure Citizens can protect their property, businesses, homes and families against criminals by ensuring we have 2nd Amendment rights; to reduce taxation/fees statewide by upwards of 50% and by also reducing expenditures by an equal amount; Protect our Veterans by ending taxation to their Retirement benefits/pensions; Move to end homelessness with action and results, not continued excessive spending with only excuses for resolutions; Encourage State Colleges to promote Military Experience into College credits towards careers/degrees and utilize their endowments for Students needing assistance for higher education; ensure we punish criminals with just sentencing upon convictions; Support our Law Enforcement agencies and move towards being 3rd in the worlds Largest Economy by DEEDS not WORDS. This is MY Vision for California as we enter into the Future.

Policy Priority for 2026 and beyond

Taxes

My Stance:
Reducing taxes/fees/regulation requirements by upwards of 50% and reducing spending correspondingly.

My Approach:
I will implement sound fiscal policies that promote economic stability/growth. My focus will include ensuring fair practices, bring back businesses, ensuring we have a robust energy business, streamlining how our state manages its finances, and holding accountable those using Taxpayer money to achieve the results they promised and we expect.

Crime

My Stance:
My highest priority is ensuring the safety and security of every Californian. Of ensuring Californian's are not penalized for defending themselves, their families, businesses or property. I am deeply committed to reducing crime rates across all neighborhoods and communities.

My Approach:
I will champion effective strategies that empower our law enforcement while strengthening community engagement. My plan emphasizes prevention, swift and appropriate responses to criminal activity and as applicable, prison sentences for the convicted.

Homelessness

My Stance:
I will address California's homelessness crisis with both compassion and pragmatic solutions. My goal is to help our unhoused neighbors find stability and support. We must however, no longer tolerate the destruction of our Cities due to this crisis/issue. NGOS's will be required to show results and outcomes if they're in receipt of Tax Payer funds. For those who wish to leave California, they will be assisted to return to their Home of Record.

My Approach:
I will advocate for comprehensive programs that integrate housing solutions with essential support services. I will engage with non-Governmental agencies to ensure we're making progress in this area, not just making noise. Assistance refusal will no longer be the option.

Law Enforcement

My Stance:
I will stand with law enforcement officers. I will stand in front of, our Law Enforcement officers. You will not find me, standing behind or being nowhere near, where they are. I will encourage recruiting for our Officers so that we have the best to represent our Communities, in DEEDS not just WORDS.

My Approach:
I will ensure our officers have the necessary resources, training, and equipment to perform their duties safely and effectively. My focus includes strengthening public trust through clear communication, honesty and transparency.

Veterans

My Stance:
As a Retired Army Veteran, WW 2 Veteran and Persian Gulf War 1 Veteran, I have a profound commitment to our military service members. California professes to be, Military Veteran Friendly, yet we are the ONLY State in the Union that still taxes Military Veterans pay/benefits. I will end this practice. DEEDS not WORDS.

My Approach:
I will prioritize and expand programs that address critical areas like veterans' healthcare, housing, and employment. My goal is to ensure a smooth and successful transition to civilian life, to provide services when the Department of Veteran Services may be unable to, and to honor our Veterans for their selfless service to and for, our Communities, our State and our Nation.

Education

My Stance:
I firmly believe that a strong education system is fundamental to California's long-term success. Parents and teachers are the key to this success. We will instill Parental rights, support our Teaching staff, insist on Education not indoctrination, expect results not excuses and encourage success not embrace mediocrity. We will review and return fines/penalties to schools imposed on those who chose to embrace LEARNING above political expedience.

My Approach:
I will champion policies that empower our educators and equip students with modern learning resources. My aim is to foster an environment of innovation and academic excellence. I want to know our children are dreaming of possibilities for their future....not dreaming if it's possible to even have an education in the future.

California is a Golden State. GOLD was found here, and thus began the great migration westward!

For the past 30-40 years, we've heard nothing but excuses, promises, guarantees' of life getting better for us all.

It hasn't....if anything, it's gotten worse.

I'm here to bring back the meaning of the words: SUCCESS, WINNING, RESULTS

I'm here, fighting back to reclaim our beautiful State for those who can't or haven't run away.
