Dear Mr. Hilton,
Recently you're posted about wanting to encourage Civil Servants to report to a website you've created, for Fraud, Waste and Abuse information. You also stated that you have already received "hundreds of instances of Fraud, Waste and Abuse", reports. You directed these very same workers to the following website address:
While I applaud the efforts to allow people to reach out and report Fraud, Waste and Abuse, the methods of which you are using are not only dangerous for the individual(s) using this site, but for the agency and the damage from these unvetted reports of Fraud, Waste and Abuse internal to regular operations. Your site provides zero oversite; zero verifications; zero protections for/to workers; zero confidentiality and has zero impact to the effort. In short, this is political grandstanding with risks.
No FOIA request can be made to a private citizen, which you are, for the information you requested AND reportedly already have in your possession. No MANDATE can be made, for you to produce your sources or to be able to again, vet them out for accuracy, short of being subpoenaed. You, as a private citizen, are not authorized to acquire the information you requested from Civil Servants, and have no jurisdiction to make corrections should you have the acquired information. In short, zero impact.
You have however, placed ANY AND ALL who subscribe to your "website" in a very precarious situation, by having them produce 'sensitive information to unauthorized individuals', you in particular and your website. As such, these actions amount to "Breach of confidentiality", which all workers must adhere to. Reporting Fraud, Waste and Abuse is discussed, and staff are informed on the proper protocols to make such reports. Laws, regulations provide relief and protections for whistleblowers. You and your site, do not.
As I cannot compel you to do anything, I am requesting that you immediately CEASE AND DESIST from registering, accepting, requesting and storing any and all information received onto your website. This information should be immediately destroyed as well any copies of the same. The website must be removed and continued access denied and/or prevented.
Please be informed: I am always willing to inform Civil Servants to report ANY AND ALL Fraud, Waste and Abuse, within the proper scope of current reporting protocols. This ensures integrity to the reporting, acknowledges needed fixes and protects the workers rights under the whistleblower laws. Unions Representatives can also provide guidance to these reporting actions.
Your continued actions on this matter, amount to a "hacking of State Agencies" and could cause the Agencies to enhance the need for additional security protocols to prevent such occurrences at great cost to the State and public.
It gives me no pleasure to write this to you, but you seem determined to undermine the process as currently written. You've placed individuals at risk/jeopardy, Agencies at risk and the State at risk, with these reckless actions. These actions of yours do not assist in correcting the problem, but in effect enhance the problem by removing transparency and encouraging the very thing you're trying to report on.

Stepping up to assist the City of Benicia, CA over the loss of their Refinery and the financial impacts to their community.
Stepping up to mitigate the failure of the City of Isleton's budgetary issues, while attempting to maintain the CITY as opposed to seeing it succumb to bankruptcy. This in spite of nay sayers who've informed me: "It's a waste of your time." No, it was the RIGHT thing to do for their Citizens in spite of the negativity I encountered along the way.
Stepping up to write to the people and Governor of Florida, California's condolence for the horrific accident which occurred 13 AUG 2025 due to illegal drivers from our state.
Writing to both the Governor's of Arizona and Nevada, on California's worsening fuel/costs and impact(s) to ensure we work together towards changes which improve conditions for all of our citizens in costs and availability of fuel products.
Writing to the White House, on behalf of the people of Palisades for Federal Relief to restore this City and allow residents to rebuild without further local governing interference.
Writing to the White House, on behalf of California, regarding the Illegal Licensing in our Trucking industries, not only for assistance, tp assure Federal authorities we WILL make correction in the California DMV Licensing process, but also to stave off the potential harm that COULD be caused to our industry here and the Nation. (update: 17,000 licenses to be suspended from California, per Sec. Trans. Duffy)
Being front and center, of the controversy surrounding women sports and the safety of girls/women and their spaces regarding the Trans Athlete debate.
Being front and center of topics most won't touch, or even acknowledge.
Writing to the Family of Marcus Coleman and Ileana Krause, parents of Dalilah Coleman, after their 6 year old Daughter was seriously injured in an accident involving illegal drivers, because our own Governor couldn't/wouldn't raise a finger to offer condolences, give an explanation or provide a corrective action.
Announcing my intentions in 2023, to end the practice of taxing Military Retired pay/benefits in California, the only State left in the Country which does this. The result? SB-1 was approved by our Legislature in 2025, but the exemption ends in 2029. My goal is to make this permanent.
Actions. Impacts. Results.
I'm doing, what Mr. Newsom can't or won't do, as the Governor of California. As a Candidate, I'm stepping up since he won't. I'm stepping in where others are stepping away or steeping clear of the HARD conversations of this race.

This event is two fold:
Remembrance of the children that were lost as well as a Call out for donations for the Family funeral expenses;
Call out to our Community, to not let the Families who lost loved ones, lose Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ during the season of his birth.
